Georgia Domination

Dale Zanine/US Presswire

Both teams from the get go struggled early to get their team clicking, and special teams was all first half. Then in the second half, Georgia started rolling in rout to a 44-20 victory that gave the SEC their first bowl win of the season. I happend to watch some of the game and every time, it seemed like Texas A&M's Johnson was either throwing or running for big yardage or a first down, and he had 2 of A&M's touchdowns, the other going to Christine Michael. The real playmakers came for Georgia, in Joe Cox and Caleb King, both who had 2 TD's in the win. This didn't come as a real shock, but it does put a damper on the 20th win, as we also have now, 10 losses.

  1. Ian - among other things I was impressed by Mark Richt's 'Gatorade Bath' avoiding skills. He is the first head-coach I have seen who not only avoided getting dunked on by a bucket of ice cold Gatorade on a chilly night but had his offensive coordinator, Mike Bobo, take the hit for him. Impressive huh...
