This is the second time this year! In April, Turner was shot twice, but survived..what's going on in his life?
Turner signed his letter of intent way back in February. Jamel plays defensive end.
Update: Turner is stable, but WCMH is reporting he got shot in the neck, and won't be able to play football again.
