Ohio State Offers 4-Star 2013 Offensive Tackle Ethan Pocic

Pocic is a big boy
Lemont (Ill.) Township junior offensive tackle Ethan Pocic is taking the recruiting process slow, and on Tuesday the nation's No. 3 offensive tackle and No. 13 prospect overall added another scholarship to consider from Ohio State.

Pocic spoke briefly with Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer. The Buckeyes join Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Purdue, West Virgina and Wisconsin in offering the 6-foot-7, 280-pound Pocic, who is only 16-years old.

Pocic doesn't appear to report any favorites at this point in the process, but he does plan on looking further into Ohio State. This fall, Pocic attended games at Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin and Illinois, where his older brother Graham is a junior offensive lineman.

Pocic does not have a timetable for a college decision, but he still has another year to take part in. The process is starting early for Meyer, so that's another good sign.
