ITS's BlogPoll Ballot: Week 4

Week 3 brought some marquee match ups that showed who might be a contender, and who might be sipping drinks in the bowl season. Oklahoma, Clemson, and Miami were big winners, but that doesn't mean anything in the BlogPoll. Ohio State, Michigan State, and Arizona State were losers, and disappointing ones at that.
